Associate Partners

Our Associate Partners are self-employed contractors who are part of the organization. Through a membership you have a say as an Associate Partner, and you share in the growth of TurnerWoods. At TurnerWoods we arrange things that you as a self-employed often do not have time for or time that you prefer to spend on more important matters. Think of invoicing, customer contact, acquisition but also things like taxes, insurance, and pensions. In addition, we organize activities, training courses and network meetings to improve and expand our network.

What are you going to do?
Within the role of Senior Consultant, you will support organizations in improving their business operations based on the vision of TurnerWoods.
You guide and advise organizations in one of the pillars, people, organization, processes, systems, data.

With whom you will be working with?
Of course, you will work with our customers who are active in various industries and sectors within the business world. You may work on clients location, at our office or from home. You work together with experts in your field but also with experts in other fields.

What are we looking for?
We mainly look at whether you are an addition to our team in terms of personality and experience. What we would like to see in your CV:
• An Bachelor or Master degree or similar level, preferably business administration or logistics;
• Experience in strategic, tactical, or operational, improvement processes;
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: People, Organization, Processes, Systems or Data;
• Experience in at least one of the following industries production, logistics, purchasing or maintenance;
• Knowledge of Coaching, Change Management, Operational Excellence, LEAN Six Sigma or ERP systems is an advantage;
• A team player, connecting, authentic and enterprising;
• Analytical skills and goal-oriented thinking;
